Charmaine is highly experienced in working with women and children who are escaping Domestic and family violence, complex needs, mental health and drug and alcohol issues. Charmaine was the Case Manager at Marcias Womens refuge for a period of 15 years where she worked within the refuge and on an outreach basis. Charmaine is the new Case worker specialist at Macarthur gateway.
